Hi everyone! So I've had the Anycubic Photon for about two weeks and I am very new to the 3D printing world. I have a few questions.

1.) How do you all remove the print from the plate without messing up the leveling of the plate? I unscrew the plate from the printer and scrape off my print, but when putting the plate back into the printer it is no longer level. I have tightened up the screw to prevent it from moving so easily and I have also been very careful when removing prints. How do some of you go weeks without re-leveling? I have to two-level between each print or the next one will fail?

2.) Sorry this may be a stupid question but I can't seem to find an answer on any forum. When cleaning off the build plate and FEP resin tank, can you just dunk both of them into IPA to clean them? Would that damage anything? Of course you would have to make sure both are dry before printing, but that seems like a quick and easy way to clean them.

Tried to reorder Anycubic Gray resin from Amazon yesterday and tehy no longer have the gray resin. I liked the gray for the detail parts that we are making for model trains. Do not want white or black as the customer cannnot see the detail as well until it is painted.

Hey, just printed this off on my photon-s. The model was laying on its back, and I see it seems to be slightly compressed in the front to back direction, causing the circles of its joints to be ovals. The color is any cubic maroon, the slicer is chitubox, I have included a photo of the settings. Was wondering if anyone can help me understand why this is going on, and suggest possible solutions.

Went to do the exposure test last night for the Elegoo Gray I've been using because the spreadsheet settings weren't giving decent quality. Watched the YouTube video and followed the directions in the zip file. After I ran the test mode gcode I went to run the exposure test, but when I started the exposure test my buildplate wouldn't lower into the vat. Ran the print mode gcode and buildplate lowered properly but the exposure test didn't work. Any idea what I did wrong after running the test mode gcode?

not sure why.. but on most prints in the last couple of days.

when i print more than one part at the time ... one of the parts wont print.. the supports print fine.. then nothing..

seems to always be on the same side of the printer.

Personal model, Carttonish version of catwoman printed on our Photon with AmeraLabs AMD-3 LED, 50 microns, 6 seconds. Hollowed in meshmixer, supports on Prusa slicer, sliced in chitubox 1.5 with AA on. Validator says that chitubox hollowed model was sh&(&/t same for supports missing a lot of overhangs, so the workflow we used was almost flawless.

hello guys, having a hard time here...
I´ve mixed 50% monocure rapid Flex 100, 25% Anycubic Flesh, 25% COSMOS clear with brown pigment.
I actually had success printing this mix, but wanted the color to be a bit darker and added just a tad of black pigment (I´m trying to print an African american flexible hands).
And... it stopped sticking to the build plate.
Not even the exposure test file works! (I´m trying resin-test-50u.B150.10-100.photon).
Already tried sanding the plate a bit.
Please, can anyone give me a light???
