Hello everyone. I’ve had my Photon for about 2 weeks and I’m loving it. I’ve tried searching this online but can’t find anything that helps. Mostly cause I’m not familiar with diagnosing resin prints yet. My first prints with the resin supplied by Anycubic were perfect. But the new resin I’m using is giving me an ugly clomping we’re the supports attach. I figure it’s a setting issue. Anyone know what I can do to go correcting the problem? Thank you in advance.

This may seem like a silly question or two but if there were no stupid questions, why are there so many stupid answers?

1. Using the Anycubic Photon Slicer, when I open a file it only shows it in a side window and not on the build platform.

2. How do you know the dimensions of the parts? I'm trying to scale a part to the CAD dimensions and noda, I found the scaling button of course but....

It says no model selected?

Hi all - I am trying to slice and support a miniature that has boots with spurs, which I am learning is hard to do with supports.

The part is so small that I can't even click on it to add supports to the island.

Is there any way (in chitubox) to override this so I can add a support to a tiny spot?

Hey all.
So I'm starting my first real print. Just a simple treasure chest. I was getting the suction cup popping in the first 10ish layers. Is that normal just due to the base of the supports?

Hey guys, so I'm having an issue with the Photon slicer. Every time after I add supports to a model, and go back to the setting view it drops the model down to 3.51 mm. Effectively getting rid of the support middle. How do I fix? Thanks!
