What would cause the printer to start the base layer then just shutdown and reboot? Very strange. Firmware was updated to teh current version for another issue, then installed the previous version still the same issue of the strange shutdown reboot issue.

1/72 scale 3Kw MEP series generators printed on my Photon using Elegoo Standard Gray.

10 base layers at 50s. .02 normal layers at 9.25s. 6.25s off / delay time.

The models shown here are three parts: the wooden pallets, the frames, and the engine-generators. (None are glued together yet to allow for painting.)

The tubular portions of the frames are .5mm in cross section (both the square and cylindrical tubes).

That's a US dime in the foreground for scale comparison. The figure in the left rear is a 1/72 scale vinyl one, also for scale. It's 1" (25.4mm) tall.

I have done 6 or seven prints of this: As you can see there is a hole in the wall. I have done about 7 prints, sliced separately and have this problem. The hole appears to be alonge some sort of layer lines. (Parrallel to the build plate/FEP) What is it and how to solve it? I have already printed a 1mm strong plane that covered the whole printing area it came out without a hole. I use cosmo clear resin and 19 sec of light I increase the strength of the wall from 2 to 3 mm 翻譯年糕

I've had the printer a couple weeks and the the first few prints went pretty well. Had a fail so I took the vat out, cleaned it out, strained the resin etc. I've since not had a print that would stick to the build plate to finish, it will print about 3-5mm and fall off. I've cleaned out the tank after each fail, re-leveled, and tried making a wider base on the models and still no luck.

Here's my settings:
Thickness .05mm
Exposure 8s
Off time 1s
Bottom layers 8
Bottom exposure 50s
Anycubic green that was supplied with the printer
