Hey Guys, can anyone tell me, why i get on so many Parts with Flat Surfaces these Lines on the sliced Files? They are printed by the Photon, so they are visible. I can rotate the Cube in 45°, all Surfaces are fine except of one. And that looks like this. How i can avoid that??

My first print. A piece was stuck to the fed screen. Tried to scrap it off woth plastic scrapper (first timer mistake). Then watched a video and did it right. Left a small marks. Do i need to replace the fed?

I'm about to try "Prima Creator Value DLP Clear" resin ; is there someone here who could provide me with sufficient settings for this at 0.05mm layer height?

Hey fellow printers

My google fu fails me so I hope some of you fine people can help me.

I just finish a print and the bottom(closets to the build plate is sagging in the middle. It is only the first 5 ish mm that have this problem, the rest of the print is fine.

I printed 2 versions on with lots of support and one with less. But they both have this problem. The bottom is suppose to be straight, not curved

I'm having problems with the printer reading *.photons files

I'm using USB stick supplied, formatted to fat32. The printer can read the firmware files no problem, but not *.photons files.

I've tried only one file on the USB, no special characters, very short filenames, different USB sticks, memory stick in on power up, inserting while powered on. My firmware is 3.4.1 and my UI is 2.6

Should I try and rollback the firmware to see if that helps. I'm computer literate and can't find a solution from the forums, any help would be appreciated

Wood putty for the win? Had to change resin at the end of a long print and shortly after changing resin had it almost fail (the head was 3/4ths bisected; alas I didn't take a picture before). Filled the gap with some superglue then wood putty, did some light sanding, and after painting it's pretty hard to tell there was ever a problem. Yeah, I'm pretty messy with the wood putty and lost some slight detail on the head. I think smearing it all over the FDM rock actually helped its finish though.
