Hi,

I have a problem. My prints looks like warped on few first layers, rest are fine. Printed element was a 2mm plate, oriented 45deg from build plate. I was trying add tons of heavy support, no success. Suports aren't detached, they are... longer on edges. Center of plate looks fine.

Why that happening and how to fix this?

On photo you can see my problem, upper edge (printed upside down) are bend

Too much supports? What could i do better? The File was printable, but the supports are hard to remove :D

So my resin exposure test is a few posts down - and based on that I did exposures at 14/80 for this Ameralabs town test

Sadness

But probably a larger issue than the exposure, is that of all 8 varying-ly unsuccessful prints, all have one thing in common, some amount of cured resing stuck to the FEP. When it was Anycubic Green it was big splotchy skins, now I'm in Dragon Resin solid Grey and its lit bits here and there.

next step. Clean the FEP.........again

Re-level.......again.

Is it possible? If I will print to move at the pivot point. (frying, putting the subport at the pivot point and not rotating) Or just a crazy idea of mine ? ? ? ?

Hi All,

After I updated my photon to latest firmware it told me that there was no contact to the masking screen,

I have tried to test with another screen, but It makes no difference. does any of you have any ideas what to do ?

What settings do you all use on ChiTuBox to avoid deep scarring? My current settings are leading to deep holes no matter how carefully I attempt to remove them and the supports.
