back to printing again.... sadly another fail. model looks like it moved around a bit so that seems solvable....

but worse and a running theme thru every print Ive ever tried, always a bunch of resin cured to the FEP. Every. Single. Time

no matter how many times I try to level or adjust setting

So my resin exposure test is a few posts down - and based on that I did exposures at 14/80 for this Ameralabs town test

Sadness

But probably a larger issue than the exposure, is that of all 8 varying-ly unsuccessful prints, all have one thing in common, some amount of cured resing stuck to the FEP. When it was Anycubic Green it was big splotchy skins, now I'm in Dragon Resin solid Grey and its lit bits here and there.

next step. Clean the FEP.........again

Re-level.......again.

Todays Plan.....
Run the Resin Exposure test. Run the Ameralabs test town run this model again.
I did some reading and watching some videos about supports and this is what I came up with. If you smart people see anything that wont work, please let me know.
This model is very small so it light supports only except for the base on the tilted one, those are heavy. 翻譯年糕

We’ll success of a sort after 3 failed test cubes (must have been a slicer issue)

The bases on the 2 figures are uneven but the spear is not...? Nor was the axe but I already cut it down.

The figures themselves look like they are fine

Are the bottom layers warping/stretching as they pull off the FEP??

OK... 3rd fail.

I dont think its levelling, as you can see in the pics, #1 was obv crooked, 2 was better and 3 looks pretty dang level. However they are all failing in the same way and it looks like in the same places.

Also in the vat I get the same pieces hanging off the left side of the print (facing the machine as it hangs from the buildp late). Im guessing these are the remnants of th "PHOTON" band thats failing, and also the same splotches of semi cured resin at the bottom of the vat stuck to the FEP.

Thanks for any help. I know with you guys help Ill start getting good prints!
