Regarding print curing - I am putting a box together

I know wavelengths and exposure times matter, but is there a recommended wattage or something? E.g. Can I mess up a print with too powerful LEDs or something? ( I want prints to be super precise)

So, typically I'm the one offering solutions, but I've been having a helluva time with my prints lately. I've noticed that the print bed angles up when it is at the bottom (like when I start a print, and it goes to full travel down, it hits the bottom and looks like it pushes the front of the bed up). Anyone have this problem? Nothing else is wrong, no broken LCD, the FEP is likely due for a replacement soon, but nothing major(any tips on the proper app for tuning the FEP?) Since a few prints ago, I've had at least one failure per print (something falling off supports, weird lines at the bottom of the figure, all sorts of stuff). I'm hesitant to take the machine apart, but it feels like I will need to to get to the bottom of this. I used to be a heavy aircraft mechanic, and I just know that if I do take it apart, I'll end up breaking something important getting it all together again.

Oof. Failed print today. Was checking the vat when I realized I had gouged a hole in the fep trying to get residual failures out of the vat. Apparently this wasn’t the first hole because there was resin on the screen was cured. Learned how to change the fep today. Woo

I'm having an issue where the entire bed of the vat cures. Does this test look normal to you? The shape of the layer is appropriate, but I can't tell if the glow on the entire LCD is just light refracting into the rest of the screen or if it is actually lighting up and curing everything. The layer was around a mm thick when I stopped to check. It also burned my finger a bit fresh out of the vat, and I don't know if that's normal or if the LCD is lighting too hot causing this issue.

I had issues with the LCD of a Photon S I ordered from Amazon a week ago, so I sent it back for a new one while I still could. This is the first print on the new one. Maybe I just leveled it wrong? I have no idea if a bad leveling could cause the entire vat to start to cure.

This went quite perfect. No supports with elegoo grey at 0.05 and 9 secs. Could de detail be improved. The finer detail such as the shirt fabric texture is almost gone. I dont know if the photon can be pushed a bit more. Although quite happy. Awesome machine
