Did paper test and all seemed good. Decided to cut paper into 3 sections to check and noticed a difference in the amount of drag between each. The set screw is loose of course. No obvious debris on lcd nor the platform. Normal?

Update: my build plate is near perfect (see pics in comments). LCD screen protrudes about 0.3mm above on the left side which caused the issue. Gently pushed it down with finger and all is good now ?

Newbie here I’m afraid. Brand new printer arrived 2 days ago. Followed all the setup instructions and I seem to have a 3D printer that only prints in 2D! HELP!! All I’m trying to print is the test file that came with it - I’m presuming that the .photon file is setup ready to go. (I can’t see how to adjust any of the settings such as UV time)I’ve done the UV test with the paper and can see the light coming through as it should during a print. I’ve tried different resins but nothing seems to stick to the base!? I’m not hearing the popping or clicking noise either which I think might be the issue but not sure what to do? All advice greatly received....thanks!

Anyone help with this! Sliced using Anycubic software with auto medium supports. Printed at 45deg, 0.05 layers, 12s exposure, 8 base layers, 90s exposure, 4.5s off time.

Top of print is perfect, area around supports detail is soft!. Washed in ultrasonic cleaner with IPA then supports removed before curing on window sill.

Why is there a difference in the definition of the details.
