I change the expose time to 5s.
The result was better.
But they are not in same size .
The photon s was bigger than spark maker . It is about 1mm difference.

I was struggling with Z-wobble so decided to fix it. Turns out my Z-axis has a notch in it... causing the carriage to bind and wobble.

It's extremely well engineered and fit beautifully. Well thought through and even the packaging is well thought out (Similar to the original printer with shaped foam).

Given a linear rail adaptor is $60 plus post and tax (Don't want a printed one) and then add the rails and delays... I had this in hand in 3 days and fitted in 15 mins. Worth the £100.

Only thing I had to do was bend the z-stop vane - I suspect I clonked it...

Hey all I’m Experienced FDM printing with my Prusa MK3 i3 with PrusaSlicer and some times use meshmixer and rarely use Cura.

I know there is a Photon branded slicer but which is best for the anycubic photon unit? I apologise if it’s been asked many times already but couldn’t find a post.

Looking for freeware like Cura if you have other recommendations.

Is it normal to have some lumps of thicker resin in the vat after a print? My very first print was a failure so I had cured resin stuck to the fep but I completely cleaned out the resin and started over. Two good prints later, they’ve both had lumps of thick resin in the vat after. No idea if it’s supposed to do that or if I have a problem. Working on print 3 now.
