Got my base layers to stick to the build plate, but it seems that when transitioning to the supports the entire base layers fell off and gave me some nice dots to get off of my FEP.

How many layers, and how long do you cure your base layers? (Anycubic Green)

Is this the way I should be tackling the problem?

My hands were gloved and slightly resin'd so I forgot to take pictures. Everything was properly formed, but the large part was free floating in the vat.

Help me out here!

I recommend. Not printing directly on the plate...this piece took off the annodizing.

Well crud... I've been having some issues with my Photon recently, today I woke up to this. A half print, so I tested the UV and sure enough it only shows half the screen. I've seen this problem here before but I can't remember the fix. Can anyone help me with that?

I recently ordered my printer and anycubic resin (orange).
I know that I will need more tools and equipment so I would like to make a shopping list. I did some research and I know that I will need glasses, gloves, isopropanol etc.

Can you show me what you are using and how?
For example, how do you store the isopropanol?
How do you set up the UV light?

I've had good luck with the Anycubic white resin but I'm about out and need more, was thinking about the Elegoo but wondered if anyone had any other suggestions for White resin? Edit: I'm using White for Lithophanes so that's why I'm asking about white resin.

So the photon is $299 on the Anycubic Website today. But I saw something interesting in the poorly translated english:

"PerformanceAuto warning if UV resin runs out."

Wait... what?

Is the warning that I have half a print? or have their updated the firmware somehow to detect this, I have no idea how that would work without additional sensors?
