So I'm just playing around with setting up prints for resin as the last 6 years I've been used to FDM printing and slicing, so this is a whole new field for me.
I'm just trying to get my head around the whole thing. I've been playing around with a part. I've managed to get it to fit on the build plate but have I laid it out correctly? I've also put 2 drain holes in it. Any feedback would be appreciated if I'm on the right track or how I should orientate things.

Dark Knight resin blend (75/25 Sculpt/Blu, with black ink.
20hr print, I slept through my wake-up to top up the resin, fully expected to find a failure on the plate, but no, there was plenty!

So I've finally updated the firmware on my Photon to get the anti-aliasing, went to level the bed aaaaaaand... I've lost the allen key/wrench. Does anyone know what size it is?

Okay so, I got better at supporting my prints and printed a few things without any problem, but this morning I woke up to this.
I'd like to understand why it did this, and what to do to prevent it.
As you can see the first layers printed well, and then, something happened. I don't think this is caused by bad bed leveling, because the first layers would have printed curved too... Could the printer have missed a layer, to cause this mess? Or is it a layer that haven't sticked to the previous one? Or maybe the buildplate moved during the print?
Help needed on this one...

I'm trying to print with the new AA firmware (see image) and for some prints the printer reboots after the first layer. I have 3 files sliced with Chitubox. The first one is 18MB and prints fine. The other two are 200MB and 300MB respectively and both crash the printer. It does one bottom exposure (60s) and then the printer restarts.
For the problematic two files I've tried slicing at 25 and 50 microns, both with 8xAA and no AA.
Does anyone have any idea on what might be wrong?
