Monocure Flex100 resin. I want to print 100% pure flex100. Can't get it to work. I've only one succesful print and like 20 failures. The one "success" i had was a 5mm tall rectangle gasket printed flat without raft on the buildplate. The problem with my only "successful" print is like 1mm of the prints bottom disappeared but it printed good afterwards. How is this possible, because if some bottom layers disappear the upper layers have nothing to attach to... Anyway, I tried multiple raft styles with 0.5mm and even 2mm raft thickness. Tried multiple bottom exposures(90,120) and bottom layer numbers(4,5,8) and multiple normal exp(11,15,20,22,26), but it didn't worked either. I tried with raft, without raft, default medium and heavy supports, print flat, print at angle. Nothing seems to work. I have the photon S so can't do the XP finder test. It seems like the base layers are the source of the problem. The print detaches from the buildplate. Maybe bump the bottom exposure even more? Or maybe it's too much and my first layer becomes overcured and shrinks that's why detaches from the buildplate so i have to lower the bottom exp time? My settings which yielded the only reasonable print (based on previous posts in this group about this resin) are: 0.05 layer height, 20sec normal, 120sec bottom layer, 8 bottom layer. I think if i had to manage the print to stick to the buildplate it would work afterwards, because while my only successful print's bottom disappeared the rest printed pretty well even showing nice details. Do you have any advice?
Sorry for my english..
