So I'm getting random resets trying to print the v2 heater.

I've re-sliced it a few times and the .photon file seems to be ok. It will reset at a random point during printing.

I'm currently printing from a lexar micro-sd card purchased at walmart, inserted into a sd-to-usd adapter that is wired directly to pin headers i added to the motherboard.

Previously, I was getting the usb disconnect error, with about 3 different usb sticks.

It's a blue window unit and came with the suspect power supply. I have since hooked it up to a 400w 12v supply from a proliant server, so i am fairly confident that there is no shortage of clean power. I've run the reset to defaults gcode a few times and re-zeroed.

Firmware 4.2.14 is loaded. Should i try a different version of the firmware?

Anything else i should look into?

First test successfully done! But there are some issues and was hoping you guys can help. The base is uneven as seen from the side and seems like there was a layer shift. And slight stringing near the top and some white spots. TIA

I'm sure someone has probably already posted this - but just in case.

Weigh your vat full of resin and deduct 645g and you'll know how much resin you have.

Might be handy to figure out if you have enough resin to finish a print job. I'd add 10% to be safe.

Did it properly. Kapton tape the screen edge. I’ve had the fep leak once and had normal tape which saved the screen but this time it’s done properly. If you haven’t already done it, do it!

Please somebody help. I paused a print just before the build plate finished lowering. Now it makes a grinding noise when I try to lower it to home. I was able to bring it all the way down and reset the z=0 and relevel it. But if I hit the home button, it goes down , but then it starts grinding again
