I live in Northern California and now that summer is here, power outages are kind of a part of my life now. While my cr10s has the ability to resume a print, I don't believe I'm as lucky with the Photon?

So, who uses battery backups and what recommendations do you have?

Has anyone else noticed the volume calculations on chitubox to be off? I filled the tray to the midline,which should be about 115ml and just had a 70ml build fail on me due to running out of resin?

So you spend a bunch of time carefully placing supports, making sure to move some far enough away from the model to make sure it doesn’t touch. But then you print the model and those supports that shouldn’t be touching...are.

What do you think causes that? Is it poor translation from the slicer to reality? Or are there setting that I’m getting wrong?

Hi all! Ok still fairly new and currently I do clean up with a clear tub of isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush! Is there a better way? I see some people use ultrasonic cleaners, is that the way forward and if so any recommendations?

I'd like to get tips and techniques for cutting up a large model for printing. I cut up a hollowed out model and the pieces fit imperfectly. Maybe the sides to be re-joined have to be complete planes?

I spent the last few days creating a new hood for a model kit. This was easy to print, but very difficult to model. I made 7 versions of the hood before I got if to fit acceptably.
