"The Aliaser" is a torture test for resin-based DLP/LCD/Masked SLA printers. Every vertical surface contains a pathological case for the pixel array, revealing significant aliasing artifacts in several dimensions. This is useful for investigating how LCD resolution impacts aliasing artifacts, testing various antialiasing methodologies, etc.

The test includes:
- One spherical surface (r=400mm)
- Two cylindrical surfaces (r=200mm) - one with its axis oriented parallel to the LCD and the other perpendicular.
- Three planes with normals at a 2 degree angle from the LCD grid - one tilted Y direction, and two in the X direction (one tapered toward the left and the other to the right).

This test consumes approximately 8ml of resin. Print this in the orientation provided in the STL. Recommended to print in opaque resin to aid in interpretation of the results, but it isn't strictly necessary.

If I may make a request for the next ChiTuBox update..... add an "Are you sure?" option after clicking the 'Remove All Supports" button :'( Or make the button much smaller

I downloaded the beta Chitubox v1.4.0 and it's got more control options than the Anycubic Photon Sliver v1.3.6.

So I can get them set right, what should I put in the Print Settings?
(Also what are the differences between the similar options? Hovering info isn't really specific.)

I can confirm the best way of hiding the smell of resin is go on holiday for a week having turned off all your toys at the mains... Laser cutter, FDM printer, DLP printer, computer, lamp, freezer....

The smell of rotting fruit from said, now warm, freezer and subsequent pool of oozy fruity mess masks the resin smell quite easily.

I forgot that after acting a dryer the freezer was plugged in alongside my other stuff...

Yes I am in the doghouse :/

Hi guys,

I've been printing 28mm-60mm miniatures for tabletop RPG's on my anycubic photon-s and I'm wondering if I'm getting all the detail I can out of my prints. I'm printing them using a mix of 70-75% anycubic black resin and 20-25% monocure flex resin. Here are my settings:

layer thickness: 0.05mm
normal exposure time: 9
off time: 2
bottom exposure time: 5
bottom layers: 8
Z lift distance: 6
Z lift speed: 3

Do you guys have any suggestions for my settings to get the most detail out of my prints?
