Good morning oh, here is my technical question... So I just changed from using anycubics clear resin to elegoo grey. This is my first time switching types of resin well from clear to An opaque resin. I ran the resin test and it looks like 8 is my number just like it was with the clear so I pushed on.

but I did start to get an error towards the end of the print the raft started to separate from the print plate. So I think I need to increase my burning time for the first layers?

Or am I really off base still kind of new to this resin stuff.

So recently I changed my FEP and it went great! Recently, I noticed these “flakes” of material when the print is done in the vat. It doesn’t seem to affect the print but I’m wondering why they are even showing up? I’m 99% sure I removed both pieces of protective film.... so I’m confused here.

The much maligned FAT32 flash USB has a few issues. One is that it is cheap and that it is formatted in FAT32.
Last night when ejecting the cheap USB, I noticed windows claimed file in use, and looking at the stick the size changed when I closed the Photon Slicer. This would explain the bad slices people are getting from the stick.
1) You have to select eject in win32 before removing.
2) The slicer apparently doesn’t write everything until it exits. This is a common windows behavior back in the bad days when FAT32 was common.
