Question. Where can I get a new LCD for my Photon Zero? mine has a dent in it that resulted in a dead pixel and right now I'm not sure if support will get me another one. I'm still going round and round with them and if I cant get one from them I want to know where I can get one.

I have replaced the lcd twice in this machine and all i get is this. What would cause this? I dont know what else to do. I have upgraded the firmware to 4.2.19

HELP!!! I just rebuilt my CPU and install Chitubox and when I load one of my projects this is what I get this. Is this a graphics driver issue? ITs like fractured all over the place and when I load just a model you see a shadow but no model.

OK, I searched this group and did my research but I still am not 100% sure about this. If imprinting Chibi miniatures is a .05 layer hieight ok? I have been printing them at .02 and they come out nice but the print time is like 10h. if I drop it to .05 it goes down to like 5h and I really can't see any detail loss. Now granted I have not primed them yet and that may make the choice for me. Just trying to get a little more info before I make my final decision.

Ok question. I can just about any miniature to print on this bad boy but for some reason every time i try and print a miniature base it fails. I have tried using supports at. 45degree angle, i tried printing straight on the bed but incant get them to print. Is there a trick to get them to print? Im trying to print 25mm bases for tabletop miniatures.

Please forgive me because I have not looked at this group in a while and this question may have been answered already. Did AnyCubic fix the issue with there new "classic" photons so that they read the .photons file formate from Chitubox? I'm looking to get a new photon and I'm afraid that I will get a newer one that will not read all my files and will have to reslice them. THanks

So I got a question for my good friends here. On my photon, not a S just the regular Photon. It's making some funny noises and I found out its the z rod and it needs some more grease or lube. What should I use? I want to use wd40 but my gut says don't do it. It only makes the noise once it gets to a certain hight if that makes a difference.

Ok i have 5 photons and right now 4 of them work great. But the 5th one seems to have an issue and i dont know what it is. It does not matter what i print but when it gets to the second layer the machine will reboot. I have flashed the firmware leveled it multiple times and still does the same thing of any file. What could be the issue?

So if resin got underneath my FEP and cured to the LCD screen how do you go about removing it? will IPA desolve it? My wife bumped printer and did not tell me and resin got under the fep.

Question. I have had my photon since early April and the thing is a beast. So far i have been printing non stop and i have not had a failed print. Now i have had other issues that i worked out but no failed prints. My question is this. How often do you have to change the FEP? I dint seem to have any issues but I’m just wondering when does it need to be changed.
