Hi,

If i work with half the layer thickness, do i use half the UV time too?
Let's say anycubic green, 8sec for .05 layers, would .025 layers need 4s? maybe 6s ?
Any thoughts?

Hello! I bought Z0 kit and I can’t understand something. I placed all and tighten all upper bolts but didn’t tighten side ones. I placed this to Photon and then Home it, after that I tighten side bolts. Is this right? I thought I need to redo paper calibration again, not just home it. ? ? ?

Glue-container stand. 50% Siraya BLU, 50% Phrozen Nylon-like. .1mm 16 sec. Print time, roughly 90 minutes.

VERY tough print. I twisted it with at least 20 kg of force and it just flexed a bit. It's a bit more flexible than BLU by itself, and compatibility doesn't seem to be an issue - BUT this was a simple no-supports print.

I figured I would experiment with something fairly unimportant for an untried resin mix. So ... now I know it makes a print. I'll try it on something functional next.

I just used the resin calibration's 'resin-test-50u.B150.20-200' and it looks like 200 seconds is right for this experimental resin. When I run resin-test-25u.B150.20-200 however it's a blank flat card. My expectation was that it would be more defined since the UV light would not need to be traveling through as much material. Also, the total effective time for a 50um layer is now 400s.
Sorry can't show pics. Any suggestions? I'm going to rerun the test to make sure I didn't select the wrong one.

I would like to know wich source of UV light you use to cure your printings. I use the sun but i would like to create some kind of lightbox, if you have any suggestions, show me your setup :)
