Not strictly Photon related, but Chitubox question...(I couldnt find a Chitibox instruction manual...)

When hollowing things, am I supposed to select each component one at a time and press the hollow button for each? I just assumed since the graphic shows the "hollowing process" screen wide that it effected everything, but I have a current print run going on with 4x of a figure, and only one appears to be printing hollow based on the display screen on the Photon...

I've been hesitant to bother you guys seeing as I can sculpt in the affected area with some aves, but it's bugging me as to what is causing this flat undefined area. This is the 5th print since buying the machine that this has happened to. It's only ever one area and never the same spot. Is it a lack of supports in that area?

I'm wanting to get a Photon, and of course Anycubic just released the Photon S. Is there anyone who can comment on the print quality difference between them?
From what ive seen the physical quality of the case of the S seems to be rather lower than the regular one. Looks rather flimsy in comparison, but if the print quality is better I can overlook that.
Is the S worth the extra $$$ ?

** Failed prints with bluecast **
I have tried to run a print with bluecast x10 material. put the primer on the top of the surface, after it has dried started the print, nothing sticks, I can see several soft/hard parts inside the resin pool (failed twice already). In the pictures you can see the settings I've used. Also did a new calibration and it didn't help.
Appreciate your help!

Been struggling to get my prints to stick for a few days now, this is the first one that has and as you can see...not the best. I made a drain hole for the snail too but that seems not to have worked either as it's about half full of wet resin inside. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
