So the Validator is doing this thing where its saying I have unsupported islands in the middle of supports. If I print straight from ChiTuBox the supports are fine. If I run it through the Validator the supports have missing sections. Anyone else have this issue or a solution?

Those of you with both the Photon and the Epax. What do you think of the Epax as compared to the Photon? Is it more reliable? Do you get more consistently good prints? I'm tired of how unreliable the Photon is.

I'm about ready to toss this Photon in the garbage. This thing went from almost never failing a print to only having 2 good prints in the last 50 attempts. Everything keeps sticking to the FEP. I've tried 3 different FEPs, two different brands. 4 different resins. Two different brands of those. About 30 different settings. Releveled and reset the home I don't know how many times. The prints keep sticking to the FEP. Even on the older files that never failed. This time something came off the print bed, fell onto another part, and caused the build plate to twist. I can't even turn it back by hand. This is frustrating.

Guy I have a problem. I updated the firm ware and now I can't get anything to print successfully with supports. I've tried about 30 prints with different settings and resins and nothing is printing with supports. The only thing that will print is what is directly on the build plate. Any ideas? Can I go back to the older firmware?

This is the latest model I made from me Photon. I really love this little printer. It's a Motorball from the Alita movie. This is just a prototype. I'm going to change some things for the final version. This model was modeled in fusion 369 by me. Printed and painted by me.
