If anyone has changed your LCD screen, what do you use to re-glue the LCD screen down to the red plate on the Photon? I would rather use a sealant type of glue/caulk if I can instead of using tape. tape just doesn't seem as good as the sealant would be should the vat leak or a resin spill.

So i came across this video, he's using a single piece vat right? No fep, is there anything like this for the Photon? Would be awesome :) also what material could that vat be?

I am quite frustrated with the white resin of ANYCUBIC, it makes a lot of sediment in vat. Each time you print the same part of the same slice has a different result on the same printer. I opened new botle of white resin and same sediments.

anyone printed an Xwing in the scale for Xwing Miniatures game? I have tried a couple and the guns on a xwing are so thin (like Human hair at that scale) they just break instantly. Anything i can try?

So I'm getting great prints...
But after every print I need to re-level else I only get failed prints after the first good print.
Anyone encountered this issue before.

The nut is screwed in tightly, I can't even adjust the bed if I tried, as per the official video.
FEP is good, replaced recently, as per the official video.
Tightened Z axis to prevent wobble, as per the official video.

Bed is flat, placed against tiles, table or glass it almost has a suction effect.
