Hi All.

I just got my printer this week and I am having problems.
The print seems to be sticking too well to the FEP sheet and every time the z-axis move up after a layer there is a clunk and the model vibrates.
This is causing various issues from layer shifts to pulling the piece off of the build plate.

I re-checked the level and checked the print settings (bottom exposure 50, bottom layer count 6, exposure time 6.5). I am using Anycubic green.

Additionally, when I level the build plate, set Z=0, then choose home, the build plate returns to the same place as when I set Z=0. My understanding is that they should be different.

Can any one help with either of these issues?
Could they be related?

Hey guys I need your intput.

I am currently doing female/male insert keys for my split model parts.

I wanted to know if you had a trick for mesure tolerance for smooth insertion based on the phyical scale of the model keys?

I am currently using zbrush,meshmixer,chitubox and flashprint. I wouldnt mind using another one if it would help out with that.

So I just saw this offer. I tried the Bio-red and it is 8 second exposures on the Photon and twice as strong as most other resins (but not as strong as Blu). It is without a doubt my favorite resin now for solid colors. Only in red or yellow for now.

Saw it here but it is from Feb 15th so no idea if they are still doing it. It may be over, not sure - don't be disappointed if it is over. Contact them to find out. Need help everyone,please. Left it to print for 7 hrs and woke up with this. Checked the if projection test twice and it was giving the rectangular normal projection. Printed it again and noticed at 41 percent printing , It still printing in half.
