So I had been doing some reading and a major component of Resin-away is Polypropylene-Glycol. I had seen a reddit post where resin printing solvents were being discussed and someone had mentioned that non-toxic antifreeze is a high source of the stuff. $13 for 4L, it also mentions its high in PG, wondering if it would actually work. Would probably be the cheapest / volume solvent I've seen yet if so.
