Someone I know wants to cast ears in silicone. Wants to know if I can print the moulds. I've done done something like this before. Anyone here have experiance with this. Specifically what resin to use for the moulds that allows one to cast silicone. And possibly somepointers on the casting process too (I won't be doing this myself but it might help to get my head around the process). And obviously the person asking will need to supply the model.

So I've recently replaced my FEP(long story) and at first things were all good but now I think I might have mucked up the tensioning as I've noticed that at a particular corner prints start to peel off of the FEP. Luckily nothing has fallen off at least. This happens across multiple files and always in the same corner, is maybe that corner of the FEP too tight or loose?

Just got my Photon yesterday, but it won't print. I understand that there are some problems with the USB on these printers.

I'm using my own Sandisk 16gb usb drive with a short name file (alphanumeric, no special characters). When I select my file and hit the play button it will stop between one and four percent and then give me an error code. Alternatively, earlier it would go all the way to 99% and sit there without doing anything more.

Any suggestions on how to get it working?

Finally running my test print. I've heard so many people talk about how the smell of the resin is really bad.IMO printing with ABS smells 10x worse lol
