Have a few questions and any help would be great.

1. why did everyone start using heating filaments in the printer ?
2. I purchased aLCD panel from anycubic on ebay, it doesnt have double sided tape, is there a solution for this ? also how do I know that the backlight has been removed?

Got 4 excellent prints. (Still cant figure out how to take a pic up close)
