I am still using the original slicer as i've found its always worked well for me however i seem to be having difficulty in adding a really short support.

I'm trying to print a mini figure and need to add a support that's probably only going to be about 2-4mm tall but it wont let me add it. It shows green on the placement but when i click nothing happens. Is there a setting i need to change to be able to generate this support or is it a limitation of the software?

So i want to add a support to the chin area which will fall somewhere on the arm. I have a similar thing further down on the model with the beak of a bird and the base and its doing the same thing.

A problem: after a couple of prints I find some residue of resin cured on the FEP. They appear randomly and are very thin.
Prints are fine, settings ok, LCD also, all ok, but why these strange cured spots appear on FEP?

Not a good day, accidentally tipped the printer and resin poured through the build area into the the cavity underneath. looks like im spending the rest of today disassembling and cleaning this!

I am trying to use VoxelOps to erode a photon file but it keeps failing at 75% with "no such file or directory" The directory that I am trying to save to does exist. What am I doing wrong?

So what is the best way to clean you prints? Do you just let it sit in alcohol for a while and it eats away the extra resin? Or do you scrub it with a tooth brush? Or just swish it around in the alcohol? Then you get the resin off and dunk it in cleaner alcohol to rinse it? then cure in UV? I tried searching for some videos on youtube but haven't really found anything, probably not giving it the right keywords..

Guys...This is a total NOOB question, I know this...

But can someone guide me with what I need to print my own files? Do I need the .photon file with the .stl? What do I need on the USB stick and where does it need to be? The given USB stick doesn't have any .stl files on it, it just has the .photon file. Nothing I am doing seems to be showing up when I plug it into the Photon. Need some help...

Do you always leave resin in your printer? or do you have to empty it out and wash the FEP after each print? I'm going to be keeping my printer in our laundry room where there is no sunlight at all, so I assume there will be a low risk for any UVs getting to it
