Our latest functional print: steering wheel button. We made a blog post with a guide on how to print such objects. Printed with SLA resin 3D printer, however, same guidelines will apply to Anycubic Photon as well. Hope it will be useful to you all.

The post processing of resin is def a lot different then what I’m used to with my Ender 3! How do you guys dispose of the the resin covered paper towels and gloves?

So I found out that the Melody nail dryer that was recommended that new users get is 365nm. That works, but takes a lot longer than if it were the proper 405nm wavelength. To speed it up, I bought a second one - so for the money I have into it, I could have just got the right thing to begin with. So, disappointed that I got the wrong thing, and think people should be directed to 395-405nm LEDs.

A little help please. I recently switched back to anycubic resin and I'm having a hard time printing. A flat spot on this turret is warped even though I angled it. I reoriented it and the same thing. It's weird that at certain places, it will print the supports but not connect them. When I reoriented the sculpt, I added a few seconds to the cure time and the peg didn't print. Here are pics of orientation and settings.
Working with anycubic black.

Just got my Photon and it came with the basic green. I ordered a 500ml bottle of green from Amazon at the same time.

The bottle of green which came is dental castable instead of the basic translucent. Is there and real difference or should I sent it back to Amazon and get them to send the right bottle?

Also, which color are you all having the best luck with?

So very first print. From what I can see, it looks decent. However upon watching it closer I noticed the print moves when it pulls up. Is it suctioning? Is that normal? If not what kind of things do I need to do to correct this issue

Ok. Getting really stumped. Trying to print the same piece over a half dozen times. Still no luck. What I don't understand now is that it printed pretty nicely the form. But the details are missing on the bottom. I thought about exposure adjustments, but why would one side have well defined details and one side not? Pics below. You notice you can see the texturing on the side opposite the supports, but on the side with supports, not so much.
