Hello, i really like the material properties of the Photocentric stuff, but the cure time for the Tensile UV DLP is very High, more than 60s per layer according to the resin xp finder method to reach very fine detail. 24s for basic detail that the print works.

I have a 50W 405nm LED from a past project laying around.
-What would happen if i build in this LED with a proper powersupply and maybe a SSD relay in my Photon?
-Did anybody modified the LED ?
-will the LCD handle the double power?
-Are cure times linear with LED power?

Started engineering & prototyping my Revy Two Hands project. This is the first proto, Ive since scaled her up to be 30% larger now. Photon did a great job & very quick prints.
Blu resin by Siraya 9sec @ 60um.

Finally did my first print. First quarter inch is wavy, the rest is perfect. Printed bottom down but w supports, so maybe 2mm off the build plate. Any ideas what happened?

This is my first post on here since getting my printer a couple of days ago. I bought my printer mainly for making tanks etc for wargaming. I used Chitubox to hollow out a vehicle but feel that it would be a bit fragile so here is my question. . .
for people that hollow out their prints do you refill them afterwards to add mass or rigidity and if so, with what?
