Here's a model and 3D print I did on my Photon at the end of 2018, as a Christmas gift for my brother. Mechanical parts in 3dsmax, character in ZBrush. Hollowing and vent hole added in ZBrush before doing supports in ChiTuBox.

Printed in AnyCubic White, with these settings:
Layer thickness: 0.05mm
Normal exposure time: 12s (I think this overcured a bit, I will try 10s next time)
Bottom exposure time: 80s
Bottom layers: 6

It mostly came out alright, unfortunately something got messed up during slicing (using AnyCubic Photon Slicer64) that I didn't notice until the print - parts of the interiors of the wheels got skipped, it appears to be a bug with the slicer since the STL is fine.
I originally thought it was a print error, but I went back and looked at the sliced file layer by layer and there were entire sections missing, even though the 3D model contains valid data there. I might try again at a different orientation and see if the same thing happens, as it's pretty odd. Maybe there's some topology there it didn't like.

Photos show:
1. 3D model in ZBrush
2. Raw print before cleanup, after support removal
3. Cleaned up and primed with Tamiya Gray spray primer
4. Painted with Tamiya paints (just brushed, I don't have an airbrush)

Right, i've had the machine just over a week and my second FEP film has just got a hole in it after a print which half failed (one piece printed fine, the rest didn't print at all)
Is it breaking due to the bed z=0 being too close?
Is there anything else i can use instead of FEP? other than getting it on ebay and not getting it till next week, my only other option is to order one on amazon for a stupid £12 for a single sheet (what a rip off)

Wife and kids. Heads scanned with xbox kinect and bodies made with daz3d. Combined In blender 3d and finaly slammed In netfabb to make that huge mess to watertight printaple mesh. Printed about 50mm tall.

How do your workflow go with complex objects with multiple parts to get one watertight mesh without losing too many details?
