Could someone please help me run Voxels-Ops, or at least point me in the right direction. Do I need to install an interpreter?

While I've done a fair amount of computer programming, that was C++, and it's been almost 20 years since I did anything except Mastercam.

The readme file assumes a level of relevant knowledge that I just don't have.

Hi everyone, I don't have a photon but I am somewhat interested in 3D modelling stuff, I know lots of character art can be found online in repositories however not everything can be.
Using in-game screen shots and Photogrammetry software like 3DF Zephyr (free for up to 50 images) I recreated a basic but impressive 3D mesh of this building.
Some of you may find it useful, or not.

Does anybody know the specs of the three U nut bearings on the z axis slider?
I‘d like to replace at least one, which is not running smoothly.
It’s my prime suspect for a repeating layer shift once every 10-12mm

Sooooo I got my Photon about an hour ago, got it assembled and leveled. Also got an error message, 2018 MacBook Pro and slicer beta about cannot write to file, but the slicer seemed to slice the models.
