Hello, this is a desesperate man talking.

These are just 6 of the 18th parts i've printed, and they print bad, some better than others but bad, how am i suppossed to orient this?

In the last picture you can see the part.

The areas of the part that have to come flawless are the cilinders in the slot, and the angle.

Any ideas

Hello, fellow 3D addicts!
I just got my Photon home. Worked with one of these for awhile this summer and now I bought my own to mess around. Unboxed, leveled, uv test, dry test on the cube. Everything was fine.
Decided to print a different model for the first resin print, sliced it in the photon's slicer, est. time accoarding was about 50min.
Then transfered the stick to the printer, tried to select the file it took awhile and the screen was lagging. Then it beeped for the longest time I've ever heard and now it doesn't do nothing. No UV detection, no Z movement. Menu works fine but no functions.
Any suggestions?

I UV exposed the IPA in my ultra sonic cleaner to strain it out, and after 5-10 minutes it turned foamy white, and has stayed that way. I had the cleaner on for like 3 minutes of that, should i replace the IPA or has it just been made full of oxygen bubbles?

My first print with no support material (well apart from the test print).

The quality of finish on unsupported overhangs is so much better than my FDM machine.

Hello guys. I'm on a streak of 6 misprints on a row, not usual, and i can't figure out what's wrong.
Using Anycubic green at 50microns, cure time between 5.5 and 10s (as suggested in the excel) as well as the other settings that are there.
First 3 misprints i though they were due to "Light" mode, then changed to "Medium" but very little changed.
Calibrated twice from scratch, printbed well cleaned, brand new FEP in the meanwhile (which is well taut, with no waves, but definitelly feels less rigid than the original).
Anyone care to chime in?

Cleaned with a sonic IPA bath and cured with an IV nail lamp for about 1min and a half. Turned out great, some little bubbles on the base, I figure they come from not waiting for the resin to set after pouring. I seen people say they clean their builds with water and soap, at what point of the post processing is it needed?

So had this happen on last two prints. Thought I’d see if anyone had some helpful feed back. I did do a light test and that looks good. I’m going to change the fep next.
