Three months to the day I received my second Photon, one entire Z stack replacement, 3 stepper plus lead screw replacements, 2 dozen cubes and 5 rebuilds later, I've finally got it printing optimally.

The test print on the right is the final one, planar surfaces smooth as a baby's butt.

I'm a happy camper now. Test prints made using the Not A Cube stl here :

Hi Guys - The small hex bolts which are part of the build plate assembly have rounded off so I can't get them off in order to add my easy leveling mod. Does anyone know if there is anyway which sells the whole head assembley (the rectangle blue mount which attached the build plate to the motor)?

after fifteen tests with anycubic orange resin. I didn't get a single print with different exposure values. I do not recommend this resin for anything. ?

There are several filter mods for the photon but the current model already has a carbon filter built in. Did older models not come with a filter ?

Newbie here. I am using ChituBox's latest and greatest slicer, printing with Anycubic Green. My problem is that the prints are getting skewed. I am angling the parts at 45° respective to the printer's FEP surface in ChituBox. In the slicer, everything looks good....no skewed models.

1) CAD snapshot of what the part should look like.
2) Part should have a 90° square corner, but as you can see, it is skewed.
3) Arrows show all the features skewed, dashed lines show the path they should be.

Again, in ChituBox, everything looks good. What in the heck am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Help needed
I am wrestling printing with white resin. I used the settings from the elaborated excel good people have posted for all the colors.

I get this now.
What need to be changed ?
Looks like at some point the “glue” of the fep is better than the top...
What setting should i change?

Like the third print, after two test runs with calibration torture tests. 0.05 mm layers, 40 mm height for the dragon and Einstein. Translucent yellow at 35°C, 14sec. NET, 35sec. BET. Love this machine.
Will fix the loud fan and venting issue soon and try to establish a vat heating for fast prints with low viscosity and reactive resin.
