My $22 DIY UV curing chamber.

Less than $20 delivered UV LED waterproof strip and power supply from Amazon.

$3 paint can from Home Depot (with handle and lid)

Drill a hole to feed the power connector out, hot glue the connector to the can, then it’s just a matter of peel-n-stick for the LED spiral.

Boy, does that thing glow when you plug it in! Pretty intense.

1/35 scale tracks for a construction excavator. 3rd attempt, getting closer.

1st attempt was individual tracks. Almost worked out, but too fiddly to assemble.

2nd attempt was a fully assembled run of tracks with the sprocket. Shallow angle gave major warpage on the track shoes.

3rd attempt (in photos) was a steeper angle and came out great, except I missed a support on one link and it came out missing 1/3rd of the link.

Fingers crossed, 4th attempt running now.

Elegoo gray at .050mm layer.

Pretty much click and print at this point. Primed Anycubic Green with ChituBox slicer @.030 layers. Two radiators and an intake duct, both for a ship model.

Zero experience a week ago, this is a piece of cake now.

I am really amazed by the Photon. After 1 week of faulty elongated prints (solved with the help of Philippe Maegerman , thanks again), I have now got a near flawless print. This is a cam cover for a 1/12 scale F1 car for my friend Derek T. Collins .

Aycubic Green @ .030, primed. You can see nice detail on the fasteners!

Something new, I experimented and used an alcohol bath for 1 minute followed by an alcohol blast from my airbrush. The airbrush gets everything cleaned, then immediately dried with the air only. I used a laundry detergent jug cut open as a catch-can for the blown away resin particles. A very effective method. I noticed marks on my prints when I used a soft paint brush, so I switched to this method and couldn’t be happier.

Newbie here. I am using ChituBox's latest and greatest slicer, printing with Anycubic Green. My problem is that the prints are getting skewed. I am angling the parts at 45° respective to the printer's FEP surface in ChituBox. In the slicer, everything looks good....no skewed models.

1) CAD snapshot of what the part should look like.
2) Part should have a 90° square corner, but as you can see, it is skewed.
3) Arrows show all the features skewed, dashed lines show the path they should be.

Again, in ChituBox, everything looks good. What in the heck am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
