Update: The Blob Chronicle woes culprit was not resin related nor was it caused by defective LCD. It turns out my main board was faulty, giving intermittent output and variable results. Some times good prints but mostly failed prints including the blobs, making it extremely difficult to diagnose the problem and caused a lot of confusion on my part and to the very kind photonsters who were very nice to help me with my problem. I got my main board from Anycubic and although, I haven’t had the time to test it out thoroughly yet, my first 3 prints since the main board replacement have been successful ?? .

The dreaded blob is back (scratching my head) and I don’t know why. I used 50% Monocure Rapid Clear and 50% Monocure Flex100 with the the pictured settings. Used the exact model, resins and settings on the phrozen shuffle and it came out fine. Prior to this I printed a monorook calibration model on photon using 100% Monocure Rapid Clear and that came out alright. Could it be that my Photon doesn’t like resins (Monocure or otherwise) mixed with Flex100? So mind boggling this elusive mystery blob.

First of my prints all painted up... not my paint, but still a good job.

Using Anycubic clear; Ive just started to have prints sticking to the fep. The base layers and supports print fine. I'm using medium supports with .04 contact depth, 14 second cure time, fep is in great shape. The prints are mostly 28mm miniatures, not hollowed (hollowed prints stick also). I've tried rotating the models in several different directions, adding supports, etc. I can print 6 of these at once and usually get 4 sets of supports and 2 complete figures. Ideas?

More of a frosted glass look rather than clear plastic.

Do you guys print below 0.05? Looking at the settings spreadsheet it looks like is not very common at all. Anybody knows settings for Anycubic maroon at 0.02? Do you guys print below 0.05?
