Failed print finally came off the FEP. The FEP has a couple of scratches on it from the edge of the black scaper. It also is a little foggy from the IPA and has streaks from the paper towel. Not at all crystal clear like it used to be. How much abuse can this thing take and still be functional?

What would ypu have to do to prints to make them okay for a fish tank?

For prints where the build plate is over 50% full, like a large object or lots of small ones, is it better to create a single piece base for it to all come off of OR is it fine to have lots of support bases separate?

I'm thinking it would be less chance of failure with 1 solid bottom piece as it pulls off together instead of individually

So many times this printer frustrates the hell out of me. Then again, sometimes it impresses the hell out of me. Printed this ring to test detail because I was board. Pretty good for one of the cheapest printers on the market. Printed at .01

As far as failing LCDs, I have had the black dots, but now have a machine curing resin in the vat outside the masked area while it prints. It is not disturbing the print just yet, but will have a film sometimes on the print in areas it peels off as it prints, and almost always has cured resin on the FEP outside the print area when the print is done. Anyone have any experience with this kind of failure?

It is alomst the direct opposite of the black dot type of failure, like the mask is failing?

Second print is an utter failure. Model stuck to the bottom of the tray. How can I get this off the tray? Or is it impossible? Do I need to replace the tray bottom?
