Does anyone have any tips for plate adhesion? No matter what I try, I can't seem to get my builds to stick to the plate. The clear green resin that comes with the printer worked almost flawlessly, but having switched to anycubic grey, maybe one in twenty prints will actually adhere to the build plate. I've noticed that particularly towards the edges of the plate things have trouble sticking. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help with this?

Off to a bad start. Tied to print the test cube, but must have got the leveling wrong because the plate kept raising and lowering and the print never went past 1%. So stopped print and tried to drain bath, but resin set on the FEP and the side of the bath as I tried to drain it and I found a circle had printed on the FEP. Lost at least half of the resin to setting.

Any advice before I try another print? Also, any way to remove resin from the FEP (already had to replace one as I damaged the original when levelling). Finally - any levelling tips. I followed the anycubic video so not sure where I went wrong?

Over night print. I wasn't going to print it, mainly because the geometry wasn't really finished yet, BUT I figured what the hell. SO there are some obvious problems with unsupported floating islands, because I just did a quick auto support. Since this was a test, I figured any print issues were acceptable.

Hello, folks. I've purchased my Photon to back up my Form 2. Our application is for dental use. I'm trying to calibrate my printer to get as close to scale as possible but when I print my little test file, which should produce a 5mm square I'm always off by .29 to .32 mm (5.29mm or 5.32mm) I've run numerous settings but the scale doesn't seem to change. I'm using the Grey resin. Any suggestions on which settings mostly affect scale? My last set of settings were 0.1, 9.2, 3, 70, 15
