Hello all photonster. I got some problem with big print . some part of model is not smooth but the rest is smooth any suggestion?

apologies for the noob question, but I've had my photon for a couple months and it has been printing well up to last week. after i select the file to print, it starts but stalls and freezes at 1%. I have tried formatting/replacing with multiple usb sticks (8gb to 32gb) to no avail. any tips at this point on how i can get printing again?

Morning!

The print in progress has little islands of cured resin hanging off of it. What’s the culprit? I imagine they’re just gonna wash off, but what can i do to prevent it? As our friend Jack saw, it was caused by too tight of a level, and I will admit I like my leveling TIGHT. (Can’t move the paper at all.) what do you think?

Second picture is the exact same model, printed with a previous level, and 6s cure. The current print is at 9s, per the resin test.

So people will it work? It's making some great FEP noises so is adhering to the build plate nicely. My usual settings, dino is hollowed and has one vent in the underside of the foot nearest the build plate. I'm going down the pub.

Which resin to choose from a health perspective?

For the Github/Anycubic-Photon-docs (and myself), I am writing a text about how to determine the safety hazards of different resins using Safety Data Sheets.

So my question to you is: How do you determine which resins you want/dare to use and which have unwanted health hazards? Do you read SDS's and if so what to watch out for? Or do you have another method of determining what is safe enough?
