Interesting... Apparently you can DEVELOP Z-wobble. I haven't had a problem before, now my prints are suddenly getting it..... hmmm.... Time for a tightening session!

What would make my models lose detail on the side closest to the build plate? I often print my miniatures looking like they're on a reclining bed of needles, and they always end up having overly smooth, poor resolution on their back.

I thought initially I wasn't being careful enough while cleaning and wasn't getting all the resin off the back, but its not the case. What else could it be?

History: I have 16 FDM printers and curious about the Photon and a specific few questions:

• With the provided software, does it do cost analysis...and accurate?

• I have a small design which is a rectangle in size of .25 x .25 x .4. Which on the inside is a extruded triangle in size of .031 x .081 x .4. How accurate will this interior extruded rectangle be? I assume in an FDM printer I dont need supports...same would hold true for such a small cut out? See attached.

• Is there an estimated hour factor as to when the LCD needs to be replaced?

• Are all consumables readily available within the US?

Photon slicer 1.3.6. I downloaded and installed the latest version from the Anycubic website. The 64 bit version opens and then crashes. 32 bit is fine. Anyone had this issue? I'm running a 2016 Dell XPS15 with the 4k display (Windows 10).
