Hi, y'all... help. I find my minis (28mm) lacking details. Is it because I let it printing overnight and it takes too much time to remove and start the curing process? Is it the FEP getting opaque? Layer thinckness? Help! D:

Hey guys,

My photon is printing really good in my opinion, but I'm still running into a few problems.

1. Some prints are showing cuts. I guess it's because my stupid ass tought it would be a great idea to pause the print, but I'm not sure..

2. Some prints are showing "flat spots". I was told that it happens cause a lack of supports but it happened at a spot which was supported..

3. Printed this one without supports and it came off really nice, however, the bottom of the print looks weird..

4. The last 2 photo's are from a test print I did, but I'm not sure what all the results mean ? ?

Anyone who can help me answer these questions? ?

Hello,

I see many beautiful things printed with the Photon, unfortunately this is not the case with mine.

I have had a Photon since the beginning of July, I have never been able to print anything correct.

Whether it's my models, or models found on the internet.

I attach some pictures of failed models...
A) Some impressions of the file "calibration_matrix.stl", none of them have been printed correctly
B) Just printed, still on the platform.
C) One of mine, the roof should be smooth, it's not smooth at all.
D) The face of one of my pieces.

As you can see, the impressions are not in line with what is expected.

I have already opened an incident with my reseller's after-sales service.

I was asked to modify the roller-slide to reduce Z-axis shaking. I also changed the layer thickness to 0.047 at their request.

The transparent prints were printed after I made the requested changes.

I haven't had a return from after-sales service since my last email.

In the hope that this group will be able to help me get some nice impressions.

Hi guys, I've not really seen anyone printing specifically 1/6 scale headsculpts with the photon, and I'm really curious about how well the printer will perform in capturing the details. Can someone share their results of any 1/6 headsculpt prints? Or if anyone else is also curious, can I trouble you to print one of Vimal's headsculpts that he shared on his site for free and share the results? Thanks
