Hi,

Brand new owner of the anycubic photon. I just unboxed the printer and I don’t have any screws. I have two quick questions...

1. What type of screw should I buy for the handle?

2. Is there a need to purchase the extra M3 screws right now?

Just how toxic is the resin that come with the printer?

I just bought some Monocure 3D resin, is that more toxic?

I know I have to use rubber gloves and be carefull. But how carefull must I be for my first print?

And what about after the print when I have to clean both the printed object, the build plate and the vat?

What do you do when you clean up after a print?

Put some filler primer followed by flat gray primer to give the model a concrete/stone appearance.

I see a lot of people considering the photon, coming here and complaining about the amount of people having problems here.

A wise man once said, “People who are unsatisfied speak louder than those who are satisfied.”

This is a hobby group, people come here when they have problems, and of course the SOMETIMES people will post successful prints. We’re here to help and occasionally brag. Buy the god damn machine and we will help you.

Need to get tiny tweezers to remove the supports inside the mouth without breaking the teeth. Probably didn't need them to begin with. 4 hours, Monocure Gray. I love this printer ? ? ?

Ok reeeeeeally basic rooky question that I feel a bit silly asking: so I finally got to install and switch on the new machine, so far so good. But I can't print tonight so need to turn it off - do I just switch the switch off (ie there's no shut down procedure I need to do)?
