Hi all, need a hand, started using wanhao red resin and been running it problems with support not forming, and warping. After my first print withe the red resin had support failure I used mid supports and bumped the exposure upto 15, rather than the recommended 10, but still not getting all the support to form. Any tips on what I am doing wrong

So i got a 0,5l bottle and a 1l bottle of monocure standard resin.

Can i use it in my photon, or should i just throw it away?

Gentlemen. It would seem like my layers are a little thicker near the front of the build plate. This is undoubtably because of my leveling.

I’m here to ask, how in the hell can you get a PERFECT level? Let me walk you through my method.

1. Drink Whiskey
2. Press Home to satisfy the machine.
3. Place a single piece of paper between the plate and the LCD.
4. Lower the plate by .1 till I can’t push the paper towards the back of he photon, and only pull towards me.
5. IF there is more snugness on one side, I try my hardest to relevel till it’s perfect.

It’s 2018, can’t we come up with a perfect leveling method that doesn’t allow for error?

Hi guys need some feedback about how to clean the build plate after print. I used a metal spatula but didn't manage to clean it completely as you can see here. What do you suggest? Soak to alcohol? For how long if that's the case?

I think I have some trouble with my Z axis.
It start soft and to the end too.
Smooth... But why?

Someone told me that they leave the resin in the vat for a while before they empty it or swap it with new resin.

Right now, what I'm doing is after every print, I take out the vat with the resin, and just put it in a container without removing the resin until the next print.

Is this something I can do? or should I actually dump the resin back into the bottle? It's kind of a messy procedure that I'd like to avoid as often as possible.

What are you thoughts on this?
