First failed print in a while! It would seem that it held onto the FEP much harder than it did the build plate. Do I need to reorient the model?

I've been pretty quiet lately. Been pumping out minis for these 5 orders, and the other day I got a rush request for a set of 235 minis with my Photon and my Make that will be used in a map exercise for a bunch of advanced military studies students. The bad guys will be painted red, the good guys will be blue, and the partner nation will be NATO Green. Interesting choices, but makes sense for quick ID on the "battlefield". I'll post some pics of the set when it's finished (a few days, I hope!), and, if I can convince the buyer, a few pics from their exercise!

Just saw that the photon is on sale for $479 with free shipping shipped from the US if anyone is in the market for one.

Do any of you guys have experience with printing joints / hinges on the photon? Been doing a few test and my parts seem to be fusing together, despite the fact there are gaps in the print file

How many hours can be expected from the LCD on the photon before its damaged to badly for printing by the UV?
