Just wanted to say hi and thank you. Its groups like this of owners that support eachother that have allowed me tongrow from someone setting their first 3d printer on fire to having a small printing business with 6 printers.

Totally new to DLP printing, so bear with me please, I might ask some stupid questions. Been into 3D printing FDM style for years, but only just added a DLP printer to the arsenal.

1) For post processing it seems like one need to use 99% pure IPA. No problem to get that, but lets say I fill a jar with it to dunk a print. Is that single use, or can I reuse the IPA. It becomes expensive quite fast if I have to throw away the jars content every time

2) Very basic, whats the idea of printing objects at an angle. Is that to release stress on the support/avoid "suction"?

3) Found a quite simple design for a paintcan UV cure "oven" . Costs peanuts to make, but is it necessary or is plain sunlight fine.

4) Finally I have seen a file mentioned several times with advised exposure times. Cant seem to find it in the file section. Would appreciate a direct link, or just the name of the file

The default slicer settings set the Z resolution to 0.05mm. Does the printer support finer resolution though?

Hello anyone else had this problem with there Z=zero button not working I press on yes to accept the changes but it does not save the new setting and reverts back to the old setting I know this by checking the height and it's still high

Anybody knows what is going on here? Monocure 3D rapid Grey. 0.05 layers, 10 secs normal exposure, 1sec off. Looks like the supports are not working at all. Tried it twice in different angles with the same result!

What settings are you guys using with the Anycubic Grey? I have an issue with almost all prints sticking to the FEP. Almost no such issues with the transparent green.

I have a problem. The platform doesn't move at all throughout a print. I press print, and it seems to work as normal but when I come back 2 hours later the platform hasn't moved! This is with any model. Can someone please help?
