How old is the fep?

Maybe you have to change it

Old resin being left in the VAT to long

Test your LCD.

FEP is brand new, That was the first print after change, so the vat was clean. The printing parameters are 0.05/11/7/80/20

LCD runs OK

Do you have got good prints before with same resin with same parameters?

I found the cause. The screen died. I didn’t suspect this as I thought it will not print instead of overcure. Anyway, the time come to replace the screen. Does anyone can confirm if the screen for wanhao D7 will fit? This is the only quick option in UK. Unless us there anybody who knows the UK based store with 2K screen and protective glass.

Add a few drops of rain-x to the fep and buff it clear. No more sticking.

It is about 5-6 months old, but with almost 24/7 usage

Screen replaced and all back to normal. Bit stressed when doing the change. Screwed up the protective glass, but managed to reuse old one.
