鐵板不平 + 感應器和熱頭距離遠。
這兩個因素加在一起, 使得其它的調平方法如AUTO_BED_LEVELING_BILINEAR得不到鐵板真實地形全貎, 感應到的並不是熱頭實際高度, 所以還是要靠AUTO_BED_LEVELING_UBL手動一點一點校正。

G29可以加上鄰近點的量測, 所以可以用下Rn, 一次調完所有點. 剛完成一個大傢伙的調教地獄..哈哈..

另外心得分享,
電感式量測的距離, 根據Datasheet資料,
是從1mm+/- 10%起跳, 也就是說, 最佳狀況,
就是0.2mm,
但這還不包含準確度與精準度的資料,
也就是說, 如果都不管其他條件,
基本的誤差就在0.2mm,
以3DP的需求, 完全調不出來.

微動開關就更糟了, 大概落在0.3-0.5mm,
紅外線反射式, 則落在0.2mm左右.
紅外線遮斷式, 就值得推薦了, 數據資料是0.05mm,

我選擇最爛的方式, 用百分表自己幹, 理論值0.01mm.
但實際上, 我也只能用+/-0.04mm的要求, 來調教機器.

個人結論, 感測器很重要.....

不過0.2是指單次probe的誤差嗎？因為剛想到atom2.0用微動，prusa i3 mk3 也用電感，他們都會測多次，然後也都能商用

I thought it was a clogged nozzle...but this is what I found after disassembling my hotend. The strange kink was just above the PTFE tube inside the hotend. I've never seen this sort of thing before so I made a guess and reduced Prime/Retract from 5 mm to 4 mm. My next print should tell whether or not this is a good fix; the print should take around 30 hours.

Update: well it just happened again - so retraction isn't the problem. My hotend configuration has only 2 side blowing fans and these were set to "auto", but when I took the hotend apart I noticed that the Y connector (I have the 2.5 EX connector part) was quite hot. So after getting everything back together I'll try keeping the side blowing fans on 100%.

Naturally I got the dreaded "Min Temp error" when I put the hotend back together, so I had to take it all part again and fix a broken lead from the thermistor.

Update2: Well, that's not the problem either. I found out there's a small piece of filament stuck inside the Y-connector and I can't figure out how to get it out. Pushing it from either end just jams it in worse. I have another slightly different Y-connector but that one doesn't work either; for some reason filament gets stuck when I feed it through the connector. I think it's related to the curvature that happens inside the connector.

I might try torching the original connector and just melt whatever is in there - that's a very effective technique for clearing nozzle jams.

機台狀況還不錯，應該不用花太多時間再調整
