Has anyone put together a proper all-in-one kit for upgrading to dual linear rails yet? I managed to fix the shifting issue I was having by adjusting the eccentric nut on the bearings, but now my layer lines are really obvious regardless of orientation, and I think the whole thing is a bit off-centre now.

I know there's some bits & bobs that allow the mod to be done, but I don't have a drill press and metal taps so it's no good to me.

Can anyone suggest a reason for the prominent lines on the side, and why the back of the tread section ended up all mushy? It was extremely thoroughly supported. Printed at 0.025 with a ~20c print chamber and freshly shaken(I let the bubbles clear) resin.

Anyone recommend me an affordable USB flash drive from a UK retailer that *definitely* works in the Photon? I've tried two so far and neither has worked. Yes, I formatted them correctly. Yes, I moved the files on to them.

Anyone else run into problems with photon file validator? I'm on Win10, the basic version generated an error that it could run the java virtual machine(though I do have Java 8 installed), and the version with JRE included just doesn't run - it flashes the logo up for a split second and then nothing, the executable doesn't even launch in task manager.

I'm about to begin my first attempt at a "proper" print, and I'm a bit nervous considering it's a large piece(casing for a fan heater to warm the print bay), do these supports look sufficient?

Has anyone tried mixing 10% Monocure Flex Rapid into the Anycubic transparent green? I'd like to find out what if any changes to the exposure times etc are necessary without wasting a load of resin on tests, if possible. I checked the github first.

Quick question - if you remove the "filter" fan that vents into the electronics bay, will airflow with the main exhaust fan on the base be sufficient? I was thinking about flipping it over to run as an intake instead, but I'm not sure blasting icy-cold Scottish winter air up onto the bottom of the print surface is a good idea, heh.

Hiya folks. Just finished my first print with my new photon, the provided test cube with the provided resin, and it's wonky in a bit of an odd way. Most of the cube is OK, except for one face where the spars are a bit wobbly, and also you can see the bottom text bar just failed completely. Any ideas?

Hiya folks, just got my Photon in and I'm starting to look at what consumables I'll need to bulk-buy for the long term once I get used to the machine.

Does anyone know what micron size mesh is appropriate for filtering resin? There's loads of stuff out there labelled as for 3D printers without further info, but car paint paper filter funnels are about a tenth the price if I know what version to buy.
