I have seen few posts already, where people suggest that popping sound during printing is a good sound. It is an indicator that your print have successfully stuck to the print bed, but other than that, it only reduces the quality of your prints.
Popping is not a good sound.
When you clean your screen and fep dust free, it makes fep stick to the screen (like a protective screen for the phone). Popping comes when your fep sticks to the screen and when table is moving up, due to high pressure, print pops from the fep.
Fep should gently stretch and release your print
, but it can't because it lays flat on the screen with a big suction surface. This will be even more noticeable if your print covers big area, so do not forget to hollow your model

Due to applied force, cured resin get stretched (instead of fep) and prints are scarred with pressure lines. Attached photo as example of pressure line but they can get much bigger than this. I rarely get them and this is a biggest one I have captured. printed at 0.05.
Also this high pressure increases chances of your supports and thin places to break and stay on the fep. And I guess this pressure reduces lifespan of your motors.
To get rid of this issue I sprinkle the very tiny amount of baby powder on the screen (no visible chunks should be there). It will prevent creating a vaccuum seal between fep and the screen.
