I am a goldsmith and have been using BlueCast for a year now and have had mostly satisfactory results. I have used X10 and LS. X10 Has casts really well and is very consistent. LS has about a 1 in 5 chance of casting well. Also, LS prints really nicely, but doesn't cast well. X10 doesn't print perfectly but always casts well.

However!! CCW Resinworks Easy Cast Is the freaking best resin for printing and casting that I have ever used. I just started it last week after receiving a sample bottle and the results are next level. They did most of their testing on an Anycubic Photon original. They have working configs for 30um and 50um.

First of all, the resin is really really low in viscosity, like water. Which allows for it to work at room temperature really well, but also the resin drains away so well when printing really fine things.

The burnout is only at 1350F!! The casting results are incredible.

Anyways, I felt that I should share this with anyone looking for a casting resin that is actually really really good.

Also, there is no odor.

Hey! My son has all of a sudden become interested in Warhammer. He wants me to print "just an army please". Apparently he likes the humans?

Does anyone have a good STL file for a human Warhammer guy that is at the right scale ready for the anycubic photon? I told him I'll print him just one and if he paints it nicely I'll print more :-)

When printing rings with lettering that has straight sides, I keep getting a small miniscus of resin cured left inside the cavity. So rather than having the straight sides and flat bottom, I have a sloped sided and round bottom cavity. Any body have any tips on how to reduce this? It is like the resin just won't drain during printing. Ring is printed straight up in this case, but the same happens in other orientations as well.

So I've been printing with the bluecast x10 for a few weeks now with almost no problems. However, the last 5 prints things are no longer sticking to the build plate. I've re-leveled and tried priming with the anycubic green resin. Any clues as to what's going on? The plate is already sanded as well.
