Formlabs are showing this impressive resin tough 2000. Beside siraya blu, any other resins for lcd printers that can compete for technical printing?

Charlie Howe their machine use lasers, they are much more powerful and need less sensitive materials, LCD would not have enough power to harden their resin.

Phrozen nylon-like resin is very similar to Siraya BLU. Good stuff.

Formlabs tough resin is made for laser. If you try it on LCD you will need crazy cure times like 60 sec for each layer and I dont mean base layers.

Im using seraya blue
after curing most parts stay light green, and only with time are getting light blue.
Is there anyway to speed it up? more curing time?

Have few problems with my slicer software:

In Photon workshop v2.1.19 RC1 there is an offset between the mouse pointer and the actual buttons, so i need to press above any button or box to activate them, how do I fix that? tried re installing, that didn't work...

In chitubox v1.61 i stopped seeing the models... i can load one, but can't see it :/ how do i fix it, saw in old posts it might be related to graphic card adapter, mine is kind of old, but with up to date driver, and worked till now...
other 3d programs work just fine...
any easy way to fix that?

very interesting !

still experimental, and got it flaws, but a step forward.
when will we see a compatible resin for photon? :)

A question for the more Technic printers around,
what is the minimal channel diameter you have achieved and with what material/settings ?

was able to get 1mm diameter, below that channels got clogged...
printed on anycubic photon s, siraya blu,
10.5sec per layer, in 45 degree angle, washed with isopropanol and used 25G syringe to force the isopropanol through the channel.
Any tips for going narrower?

My first DLP design,
A floating Gopro handle with quick connector.

Hollowed (1.5 mm) with two drain holes (1.5 mm) (used meshmixer)
I printed it with Siraya blu, at 0.05 mm layer height, with no supports.
sealed the drain holes at the end with epoxy. added also the original stl for those who want to play with it. 翻譯年糕

Does lychee slicer worth the 39euro ?

What does it give you beside same features in one app instead of two (supports in cheatu box, slicing in anycubic)?
Any more functional features i should know about?

I'm working in a room with day light, but not direct sun. How sensitive is the resin?
If I'll run a print over night and will come after sunrise will it be ok?
Does the orange filter is good enough?
(Working with seraya blu)
Would covering the orange cover will help?

I saw a formlabs resin that was polished to prefection.
Anyone have experience with polishing clear resins that were printed on the photon or other lcd printer?
