Noob question, to file the support remains of a miniature, is it better to do it before or after curing?

Before while it's a little bit softer. Clean with IPA to get excess off then immerse in hot water. Makes it even easier as the partially cured resin goes a bit rubbery but cures just fine after

I've printed a dnd miniature (28mm) with the resin that came with the printer (anycubic green clear)and I found that the miniatures break very easily, is the a resin (or mixture) that is more resistant?

Does anyone have a stl file for some test object that is fast to print? I mean the file that come with the printer takes ages to print, and for the first 3 hours or so I can't even see if it's printing correctly.

I'm having some issues printing and it is a nuisance to have to wait 3 hours to know if things are good or not.
